The foundational Olympic sport of “swimming” is being introduced to The Modafen Family by The Modafen Swimming Club. Swimming not only combines personal training and team work, but also teaches discipline to our children.
At The Modafen Swimming Club, all of our students, from Kindergarten to High School, will get the chance to be involved in one of the groups (discovery, imagination, challenge and high performance) according to their swimming ability. Also, our students who are more skilled at swimming will be involved in advanced swimming, technical analysis and development programs according to the SEC (Swimming Evaluation Center) system which will be carried out for the first time in Turkey.
Modafen Swimming Club will be operated by our national swimmer Hakan Çark. The swimming activities, which are planned to start in November, will include various options such as weekdays, weekends, school hours, after-school hours, summer swimming school and winter swimming school.
Hakan Çark, who started swimming in 1983, has been involved in coaching since 1995 as well as being a national record holder. Last year, Hakan Çark was responsible for the Youth-Team at the Galatasaray Sports Club, as well as being A Team and Star Team instructor and swimming school coordinator. Hakan Çark, who has trained national record holding swimmers just like himself, is now targeting similar and great success for The Modafen Family this year.
