Our Swimming Club students raced in the 9-10 years old category at the tournament organized for the Cabotage Festival celebrations on 4-5 July 2015. Our swimmers raced against strong swimmers from clubs such as Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe, Enka and TSYD.
Our swimmer, Dilara Özcan, won the silver medal in the 100m backstroke among 39 swimmers, clocking a time of 1:24.38.
Also, our swimmer Elif Alkış, won the bronze medal in the 50m butterfly race among 32 swimmers, clocking a time of 43:49.
Furthermore swimmers of our 9 year-old category girls’ team, which was founded this year, Beyza Akyol, Rona Çetin, İnci Yazıcı ve Elif Alkış, were placed fourth with their exceptional performance.
