In 2008, our student Cem Yiğit#79 started at Modafen in grade 6 and at the end of grade 8 he achieved great success and was accepted to Saint Joseph French High School. A month and a half later, he came back to Modafen because he wanted to study in the United States of America.

During his education at Modafen, he has successfully taken part in The Modafen Football Club as a defender. He has also become a valuable member of The Modafen Sailing Club, representing Modafen in prestigious tournaments such as Vakko and BMW Sailing Cup. Cem Yiğit Kılıç#79 has participated in many successful activities during his education at Modafen. He has represented Modafen as a delegate at Harvard MUN, and taken part in many social projects in The Rotary Club. He has completed summer school programs at Harvard University, Brown University, and Georgetown University. He has worked voluntarily at The Massachusetts General Hospital.

Cem Yiğit#79 has shown great success in his academic life as well. During grades 9,10,11,12 he worked with the “Modafen Overseas Education Consultancy” team and achieved 770 in SAT Subject Math Level 1, and 800 in Math Level 2, answering all the questions correctly. With the great results he has achieved from ACT and TOEFL tests, he has been accepted to Duke University Pratt School of Engineering. According to Ertuğrul Özkök’s article in Hürriyet newspaper, Bloomberg Magazine has been choosing Duke University as the number one university to “educate the best leaders” for many years.
