After “Modafen World Cuisine” days, we held the “Black Sea Region Food Day”, which is the first of our “Modafen Local Cuisine” days.
“Black Sea Cuisine”, which has a very important place in Turkish cuisine, was loved by our students. Our menu, which started with a ‘mihlama’ for breakfast, was presented with a menu consisting of ‘collard soup’, ‘Akçaabat meatballs’, ‘dible rice’ and ‘laz pastry’. In the lunch, ‘mini pide with cheese’, which is very popular, was served.
In our event, our kitchen team also served food in the local costumes of the Black Sea Region.
We completed the first of “Modafen Local Kitchens Day”, where we will bring a different cuisine to our school every month. The event ended with the happiness of introducing our students and the entire the Modafen Family with a new and different flavor.
