Modafen Conditioning Unit conducted “Bodybuilding and Fitness Workshop”. Many professional athletes and trainers attended the workshop which was held at Modafen.

The workshop consisted of theory and practical instructions and lasted for two days. Dr Salim Satır, who has counseled many world-known professional athletes and trainers about nutrition and food supplements, conducted the workshop.

Zack Khan, who is one of Salim Satır’s counselees and whom famous brands such as Nutrex and Flex sponsored, came to Turkey for our workshop. Zach Khan, who also won many international bodybuilding competitions, shared his experiences with our participants.

During the workshop, topics such as efficient training, athlete nutrition, and food supplements were covered. Our participants, who were privileged to have been trained by world-known professionals, received their certificates at the end of the workshop.
