“6^th Graders English Dubbing Contest” organised in our school every year drew great attention and interest from our students. The “Fluffy Unicorns” team, who became champions of the Modafen contest, represented Modafen at the English Dubbing Contest Turkey and became the champion.

13 prestigious schools took part in the English Dubbing Contest Turkey, held on 14^th January, together with the “Fluffy Unicorns” representing Modafen.

Within the framework of the rules of the competition, each school performed the dubbing show that they had prepared earlier. Then, the teams were shown different films and asked to dub them. Modafen students, who made a great difference at the competition, bewitched the audience and the jury members with their pronunciation, creativity and dubbing skills.

Our students, who became champions several times in the previous years, became champions once again, leaving all their rivals behind. Our students had a great performance proving their team work abilities and showing their speaking skills. Furthermore, they also drew attention with their self-confidence and witty jokes. They were admired for their “timing skills”, which is of great importance in dubbing. The awards our students won after their brilliant performance were given by the jury members, director Murat Şenol and dubbing artist Kerem Kobanbay. We wholeheartedly congratulate our students Dünya Tangün, Sena Kuday, Maya Tükel and Erin Tükel, who represented Modafen very successfully at the contest and wish them continued success.
