Our students participated at the 3-day “The Ministry of Education Inter-School U14 Provincial Races”, held at the Tozkoparan Swimming Pool on 8-10 March, and came away with a great success by qualifying for the next stage. With their performances in both the individual and relay races, our girls’ team came in the top 6 of Istanbul and earned the right to participate in the group competitions on 5-7 May.
During the races, grade 7 student, Şila Aktürk, came third in Istanbul in the 50m butterfly with an outstanding performance.
We congratulate our U14 Girls’ School Swimming Team on their way to the Turkish Championship and wish them continued success in the group races.
