Modafen introduces a new activity to the students –Traditional Food Day. From this month on, there will be traditional delicacies for breakfast, lunch and snacks on a certain day each month. Our students will get the chance to learn the culture of the related region and improve their eating habits.
Our country has seven regions, all of which have geographical and sociocultural characteristics. As Modafen, we like to introduce new cultures to our students and diversify their eating habits.
Traditional Food Day started with the Black Sea region. Our students got to experience Black Sea culture and taste regional delicacies such as “mıhlama, hamsi, dibble, baklava” and “laz böreği”.
