The teachers orientation program, which is based on the concept of “Modafen is a family which belives in the power of togetherness” and “TEAM:Teachers Energy Activates Modafen”, started with a speech by our Academic Coordinator Elif Nalbantoğlu. Then our teachers watched Rita Peterson’s inspirational talk on TED Talks.

After the conference, our teachers went in the garden and the team activities started. They had amazing moments during the activities which showed how big and dynamic Modafen family was. The teachers went into groups and participated in games which emphasize coherence, trust, cooperation, and communication. Five different groups played “Modafen is Connecting”, “Modafen is Hitting the Target”, “Modafen is Building Synergy”, “Modafen Finds Solution with Communication” and “Modafen is Growing and Developing” games. During this efficient orientation program, the old and the new Modafen teachers made strong bonds.

Our teacher orientation program ended with a barbeque party.
