At the end of the 2016-2017 Academic Year, Modafen, who has aimed to bring up qualified, open minded students under the lights of Atatürk’s principles and revolutions since its foundation, held their 11^th year graduation ceremony with the participation of 11^th year graduates, their parents and Modafen teachers

Our students, who will graduate at the end of 2016-2017 academic year, lived the joy and happiness of participating in the diploma and cap ceremony organized for them by the school.

The ceremony started with a cocktail party, which brought together our parents, teachers and graduating students.

With the announcement about the parade, the excitement of our students became much more visible and they took their place on the stage right after their teachers. The memorable ceremony officially started with everybody standing to pay homage to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and all the martyrs, and singing National Anthem.

Then, the two traditional and unforgettable Modafen awards named after our school’s doyens, Mehmet Durak and İlhan Obuz, were given. This year’s “Mehmet Durak’s Communication Awards” have been given to our 12^th grade student Sami Yangın and 8^th grade students Zeynep Özsoy, Serra Kösebay and Selin Kösebay. The “İlhan Obuz Mathematics Achievement Awards” have gone to our 12^th grade students Bora Özügüzel, and 8^th grade students Nil Erdal and Burak Ege Gül. Our students, who were handed the awards by their teachers, lived a double happiness.

The award ceremony was followed by the diploma ceremony. Our students, who came to the front of the stage one by one, received their diplomas from Mehmet Durak and other teachers. The diplomas having been received, the most exciting moment came. Counting all together from 10 backwards, our students threw their caps into the air. Our graduates, who shared the happiness of graduating with their teachers, parents and friends, finished the night by taking a graduation photo all together.
