We started the 2016-2017 academic year, by handing out a brochure to our students on the subject of the 15th July coup d’état attempt.
The brochure, the introduction of which has been written by our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, is titled “In memory of 15th July Martyrs and Democracy Victory”. The brochure talks about what a coup d’état is, the martyrs who lost their lives during the coup d’état attempt, and what happened during the night of 15th July. Furthermore, some information about “The Yenikapı Meeting and democracy shifts” was given to the students.
