Modafen Karate students had their first experiment in karate tournaments at the Karate City Championship Young Category held in Halkalı İFA Sports Hall on 2-3 January 2016.
One of our students, Ali Külhancıoğulları, earned fourth place in Istanbul among 27 karate students. Another Modafen student, Onat Çakır, also earned fourth place among 25 students at the same tournament.
In the girls’ category, our student Tara Taşören passed one round.
We congratulate our students, who proved that they would be the future stars in the karate world in this challenging tournament, which was held on the first days of the New Year, and wish them continued success.
