Modafen family is happy to have graduated 4th grade students for the first time. With the change in the educational system, 42 primary school students graduated and got the right to continue to secondary school.
With the opening announcement, the stars of the day started to take their seats wearing their graduation gowns and caps and with roses in their hands. The programme started when our Physical Education teacher Zeynep Coşkuner took the stage to host the ceremony.
After a moment of silence, everyone sang the National Anthem enthusiastically and then it was time for the graduation speeches. Our principal Mehmet Durak, Academic Coordinator Elif Nalbantoğlu, our class teachers Nalan Güven, Yener Demirağ and Yüksel Gemici spoke about this special day.
After the significant speeches, it was time for the diploma ceremony. The students came to the stage, gave a rose to their teachers and received their diplomas.
Students were patiently waiting for the moment when they could throw their “mortarboards” into the air. Everyone counted down from 10 and the graduate caps were thrown high up into the air. The graduates shared their excitement with their families, teachers and friends.
