Our 4th grade students visited İstanbul Modern Art Museum with their art teacher Özlem Demirtaş. At the “Past and Future” collection, our students had a remarkable experience discovering the evolution of contemporary art.
At the same time, our students got the chance to visit “Artist and Art: Mehmet Güleryüz Retrospective”, which was held by Istanbul Modern. Our students examined the paintings, sculptures and engravings of the artist from 1960s to 2010s.
Our students also visited the “Magnum – Contact Sheets” which is a major exhibition that takes the contact sheet as the basis for exploring the creative process behind some of the world’s most iconic photographs from the Magnum Photos agency.
