As a member of the Turkish National Swimming Team, our high school student Berke Saka broke a 27 year Turkish record. Our 10th grade student and high school swimming team athlete Berke Saka broke the 15-16 year old category Turkish record, held by Derya Büyükuncu for the last 27 years. He made a historical achievement in the 200 metres backstroke race clocking 2:03:02.
Berke who swims for Galatasaray opened the door to the Olympic Games with this achievement and made us honoured.
