We organized “Southeast Anatolian Food Day”, which is the second of our “Modafen Local Kitchens” days.
“Southeast Anatolian Cuisine”, which has a very important place in Turkish cuisine, was loved by our students. Our menu, which started with “Sumac sherbet” for breakfast continued with a menu consisting of “Lebeniye soup”, “Hünkarbeğendi”, “Firik pilaf” and home baklava for dessert for lunch. In the snacks of the event held on Friday, November 29th, 2019, the very popular Antep Kahke was served.
In our event where we taste the dishes that our children would love from different regions of the Southeast Anatolian cuisine, our kitchen team also served food in the local costumes of the Southeast Anatolia Region.
We will continue “Modafen Local Kitchens Day”, where we will bring a different cuisine to our school every month, with the happiness of introducing our students and the whole Modafen Family with a new and different flavor.
