23rd April National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, granted to the world’s children by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, was celebrated by Modafen students and teachers with great joy.
On Wednesday 18th April, an illustration show was held for our EdukaKids, Middle School and High School students. After this show, which had been watched with admiration, our students performed different shows on 19th April, to celebrate the 23rd April. The ceremony started with the National Anthem and continued with the poems recited by our first and second grade students. Then the shows in English, French, German, Spanish and Russian drew great attention. Our 4th grade student Yiğit Ulaş Kara who was the winner of the essay competition held among 4th grade students, read his essay and once again underlined the respect of Turkish children for Atatürk. Finally, our students sang songs together with our school choir and listened to our percussion group.
It was great to see the joy of our students on the day which was granted to them by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
