The first of Modafen’s “World Cuisine Day” on which each time a different cuisine will be presented, was held on Friday the 18th January.
Our students admired French cuisine, which occupies a special place in the world of gastronomy. During the day all meals were enriched with French bread-baguettes and at lunch French style onion soup; Café de Paris sauced meat; potato au gratin; ratatouille and profiteroles were served. During the day on which different food from various parts of France was tasted, French music was played in the activity areas.
As a snack, the worldwide known and loved croissant was eaten and the first “Modafen World Cuisine Day” ended with great joy and happiness.
